Returns Policy

To offer you the best prices, we do not have a showroom. We endeavour to include as many images to show you the details of the furniture to help you make an informed decision. You can purchase with confidence because we offer a 14 day return policy. If something isn’t quite right, let us know.


We understand ordering over the internet can be difficult. For this reason, we welcome an exchange or full refund on online orders within 14 days of receiving your order. The item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging. All costs regarding delivery will be at your expense.


We pride ourselves on providing quality products to our customers. We offer an industry leading 24 month warranty on all of our products. If your purchase is considered faulty and within the 14 day change of mind period, we will gladly offer a refund or replacement, at our discretion, for the full purchase price. If it is after the 14 day change of mind period and within the 24 month warranty period, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Where a failure does not amount to a major failure, Assembly Furniture is entitled to provide you with a repair, replacement or other suitable remedy at our discretion. We reserve the right to examine the item in question. Should you consider an item flawed or damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately to discuss its return and replacement.
